Return & Refund Policy
At Majexia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may request a return or exchange if:
✔ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
✔ The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Used or worn products
❌ Fragrances that have been opened or used
❌ Customized or special order gift boxes
❌ Items damaged due to misuse
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund
Refunds may be issued as:
Store credit, or Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (depending on your payment method)
⏱ Refund processing time: 3–7 working days
We offer exchanges for:
✔ Size issues (if applicable)
✔ Defective or damaged items
✔ Incorrect items received
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
In case of damaged or wrong item, Majexia will cover the shipping cost
Orders can be cancelled:
✔ Within 12 hours of placing the order
✔ If the order has not been shipped yet
After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled.
